Shipping & Returns
Pre-Launch Status
Silxine is currently in pre-launch. We are not yet shipping production orders. When Batch No. 1 ships, we’ll email all waitlist members and deposit holders with exact timing and tracking details.
The terms below describe how shipping and returns will work once orders ship.
Shipping
Where we ship
At launch, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. military APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping (Canada, UK, EU, Australia) is planned for a later phase. If you’re outside the U.S. and want to be notified when international shipping is available, email hello@silxine.com.
Methods, costs, and timing

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Carriers may experience delays during peak seasons, severe weather, or other events outside our control.
Sales tax and duties
For U.S. orders, applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. There are no additional duties for domestic orders.
Address changes and lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before the order has shipped — once a tracking number is generated, the package is in the carrier’s hands.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors and household members.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- Email hello@silxine.com if it’s not resolved within 3 business days. We’ll work with the carrier and, where appropriate, replace the order.
Returns and Exchanges
Return window
30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
How to start a return
Email hello@silxine.com with your order number. We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours on business days.
Return shipping fee
Returns are free through Batch No. 1. We cover the return shipping label.
After Batch No. 1, we plan to introduce a flat $7 return shipping fee, deducted from the refund. We’ll give 30 days advance notice before any change.
Exchanges
Exchanges always ship free. If you need a different size, let us know — we’ll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return. If the size you need is out of stock, we’ll refund you in full.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Final-sale items
Items marked Final Sale at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged. We’ll clearly label any final-sale item before purchase.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email hello@silxine.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll replace the item or refund you in full — your choice. You don’t need to return the damaged item.
Care and warranty
Silk is a natural fiber. Care instructions on the garment label are part of the product warranty. Items showing damage from improper care (washing, drying, storage, contact with bleach or perfume) are not eligible for return or refund.
Pre-Launch Deposit ($15)
Your $15 deposit secures a set from Batch No. 1 and is applied as credit toward your final order.
- Refundable before launch: change your mind before Batch No. 1 ships? Email hello@silxine.com and we’ll refund your $15 in full. No questions asked.
- Applied at launch: when Batch No. 1 ships, you’ll receive a link to complete your final purchase, with your $15 deposit credited automatically.
- No obligation: placing a deposit doesn’t obligate you to buy. It’s a placeholder, refunded or credited.
- Non-transferable: the deposit and any associated discount code apply only to the email account on which the deposit was placed.
After your full order ships, the standard return policy above applies to the product itself.
